§ 3 Reduced Contributions and Fee Waiver

For social and economic reasons, the membership fee can be reduced. The request must be substantiated and submitted in writing with proof to the Board.

      1. In cases of social emergencies, the contribution for Script Supervisors can
be reduced.
The request must be justified. The reduction is valid for a maximum of 1 year. If

this contribution reduction must be re-applied for in writing the following year.
      2. In extraordinary and specific emergencies, the fee can be temporarily suspended. The
          request
must be substantiated with evidence of income or social hardship. The exemption

§ 4 Payment Method

      1. The payment of membership fees is made via direct debit authorization (SEPA Direct Debit

 Mandate).
      2. The direct debit is made semi-annually in advance. The initial membership fee is
          calculated based on
the number of months until the subsequent semi-annual payment

to the titled position of Script Supervisor or Script Trainee.
          Any other form of
membership fee payment must be discussed and approved in writing
          by the association.

§ 5 Unpaid Contributions

In case of non-payment of membership fees, subsequent to no less than three written reminders, exclusion from the professional association occurs. Unpaid membership fees will still be considered by all parties as fully due and payable even after expulsion from the professional association.
